Alright, It has been a wild and crazy couple of days. For some fucked reason I was in a hole like one of those spiral honey baked ham holes. I can't explain why or for what. But dammit I'm glad that shit is over. I'm back rolling and things are fucking about to be awesome. I'm gonna crank through the tony robbins goals disk tommorow along with finishing the zig zigglar disks on goals. My Two words for the year are gonna be FOCUS and DISCIPLE. As I go through the rest of the weekend I'm gonna find every way possible to put those words onto everything and also to be able to get things in a way so that it is as easy as possible for me to follow up and make things work. I think next week I'm going to do a fast. I'll make that decision as I come to my goals. I think having a consistent routine for diet and exercise should surfice though. I will be seeking the opinions of experts shortly. Let's do this.
